I agree, but things like the track designer etc.. Follow the $. If a driver doesn't like the track & thinks it's unsafe, they can opt to not dive the track and complain to the sactioning body. Generally this falls into 'sorry, buddy... then don't race.'.. which means a loss of potential points in the Championship race. Sponsors don't like it for the driver, the track or whatever... So unless a majority of the drivers have an issue with the track, then not much is going to happen. Everyone has to drive on the same track. Also postponements & rescheduling are a joke. It takes a lot of effort to hit a weekend & host an event. So there's a huge push to make it happen. Basically the only thing that will jack up a race is an act of nature (rain), mostly because the *spectators* won't be out buying hot dogs, cokes, and other merchandice. Anyway, don't the drivers sign contracts basically signing away their lives? I know I used to racing dirtbikes. Unless it's negligence on the part of a crew member (putting in 4 out of five lugs ((NASCAR))), I think all lawsuits are going to get turned down. M02
